The wonderful week of Easter is upon us! As I told the children during Bible time on Palm Sunday, this is my favorite Sunday of the year, because it is the beginning of the BEST WEEK of the year!! Many things happened during Jesus’ life during this week, but all of them were for us!!! HE endured all those awful things for each one of us!!! That is why this is the best week (in my opinion) of the year!!!
Easter Celebration
We celebrated Palm Sunday on April 13!! Thursday, April 17 we will celebrate The Last Supper with our Mandy Thursday service, with Holy Communion, at 7pm;our Easter Prayer Vigil begins at 9am on Good Friday and goes until 9am on Saturday morning and our Good Friday service will be at 7pm on Friday, April 18. Our Easter Celebration of the risen Lord will be at 8am on Easter Sunday, April 20 with an Easter breakfast following the service.
We hope that all of you have a blessed and wonderful Easter and take time to remember what each of us were given on that magnificent Easter morning!
